Previously working in the corporate world, I now help people achieve their health, fitness, sleep and self-improvement goals. I'm an online Health & Fitness Coach, DNA-based Fitness Specialist, Accredited Professional Sleep Consultant, entrepreneur, fitness model, influencer and philanthropist.
